摘要
介绍了电化学废水处理系统的工艺原理、流程及处理厂路面冲洗水和受污染雨水应用情况.该系统自2012年底投用以来,运行平稳,处理后出水pH值为7.0～8.3,ρ（Cu）为0.01～0.26 mg/L,ρ（Pb）为0.01～0.04 mg/L,ρ（Zn）为0.02～0.24 mg/L,ρ（Cd）为0.01～0.05 mg/L,ρ（As）为0.01～0.05mg/L,ρ（Fe）为0.21～0.85 mg/L,优于国家规定的标准指标.
Road flush water and polluted rainwater treatment by electrochemicai process in Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd. is described, with the emphasis on principle, processe flow and applications of the electrochemical process wastewater treatment systems. Since put into use at the end of 2012, the system has been running smoothly, with the value of pH in effluent 7.0-8. 3, copper concentration 0. 01-0. 26 mg/L, plumbum concentration 0.01-0. 04 mg/L, zinc concentration 0. 02-0. 24 mg/L, cadmium concentration 0. 01- 0. 05 mg/L, arsenic concentration 0. 01-0. 05 mg/L and iron concentration 0. 21-0. 85 mg/L.
