摘要
提出了一种基于LinkSwitch-TN的电弧故障检测装置(AFDD)电源的设计方案。结合LinkSwitch-TN功率开关控制器件的内部结构,详细分析了该集成电路的工作原理,完成了基于LNK304的三路输出电源的电路设计,并进行了实际检测装置的供电测试。测试结果表明,电源各项参数符合设计要求,在该电源供电下,AFDD工作稳定,并可有效地检测到故障电弧。
A design plan of power supply for arcing fault derection device (AFDD) based on LinkSwitch-TN was proposed. Combined with the illustration of its internal construction, the working process of LinkSwitch-TN power chip was demonstrated in details. Based on LNK304 chip, this work completed the whole design of the power supply circuit with three-way output, realizing a way to minimize AFDD. The test results show that the power circuit works steadily and effectively,its electric parameters meet the prescribed demands of AFDD.
