华北地区CO_2净排放比较优势时空特性分析

摘要 采用显示性比较优势理论,对2005—2010年我国华北地区5个省市人均CO2净排放和单位GDP CO2净排放的显示性比较优势做了分析;同时采用变异系数差异分析,结合空间自相关分析方法,对其空间格局和演变规律做了深入研究。研究发现,华北地区5省市人均CO2净排放高于全国平均水平。北京、天津、河北、山西4个省市出现下滑势头,而内蒙古自治区呈现大幅上升势头。山西单位GDP CO2净排放在全国最高,天津和北京低于全国平均水平。华北地区人均CO2净排放和单位GDP CO2净排放比较优势空间分别呈现负相关和正相关特性。 In response to global climate warming problem,it was important to study on the net CO2 emission of the regions. Northern China, as a special region in China, the net emission of CO2 of it was more representative. In this paper, per capita and per unit GDP CO2 emission of the northern China five provinces and cities for year 2005--2010 was studied with the revealed comparative advantage theory. In this study, the net emissions of CO2 was used as the basic data and fully considered the differentiation efficiency of transforming from energy into CO2 in different provinces and year. By using the variation coefficient variation analysis method together with the spatial autocorrelation method, the spatial pattern and evolution trend of CO2 provinces in the northern China was larger than the average of our nation. Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shanxi Provinces ( or cities) declined sharply, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region increased significantly. The difference of it increased. While for the per GDP CO2 emission, Shanxi was the largest province in our nation, Tianjin and Beijing was below the average level. After 2006, the difference between provinces (or cities) began to reduce. The spatial autocorrelation variation coefficient for per capita and per unit GDP net CO2 emission in Northern China showed a negative and positive value, respectively.
