摘要
介绍了当前管线钢管研发中,超大输量天然气管道用管、超高强度管线钢管的开发以及螺旋焊管的可持续发展等几个热点问题。文章指出,我国正在同时开展X90和X100管线钢的研发,力争在X90的开发应用上首先取得突破;大壁厚螺旋焊管的开发势不可挡,应重视对头焊的适用性研究;应重视和借鉴日本新日铁关于高频电阻焊管质量改进的一些措施;CO2输送管道的断裂控制和钢管开发可能是今后管线钢管的发展方向之一。
In this article, it introduced several hot issues in current line pipe development, such as ultra-large throughput gas transmission pipeline, the development of ultra-high strength line pipe, and the sustainable development of helical welded pipe. It pointed out that in our country, the R&D of X90 and X100 steel have been carried out simultaneously,firstly strive to make breakthrough on X90 application. The development of SAWH pipe with heavy wall thickness is the trend which can not be halted, and should pay attention to the applicability study of butt welding. It also should attach importance to and learn the quality improvement measures of HFW pipe from Japan Nippon. The fracture control and pipe development may be one of the development orientations for CO2 transportation pipeline.
