摘要
针对直缝焊管CO2气体保护预焊过程中对焊缝错边量的严格要求,研制了以激光为主动光源的视觉传感焊缝错边检测系统。采用VC++6.0开发的软件对图像数据进行处理,可以消除飞溅、坡口反光以及弧光对激光条纹的影响,能够准确进行焊缝错边量的检测。试验结果表明,该系统的检测精度和灵敏度均满足实际生产要求,循环周期小于60 ms,检测精度可达±0.2 mm。
Aiming at the strict requirement for weld alignment tolerance in CO2 pre-welding of the longitudinal welded pipe, taking the laser as the initiative light-source, a visual sensing for automatic weld misalignment tracking system was studied. In order to eliminate the influence on laser stripe of spatter, groove reflection and arc light, the software based on VC++6.0 developing environment is applied in the process where image data was handled. Experiment results showed that the detection precision and sensitivity of the system meet the requirements for the practical production. The response cycle of the system is not more than 60 ms, and the tracking precision can reach ±0.2 mm.
