摘要
以0Cr18Ni9Cu3奥氏体不锈钢为例,分析了该钢材中主要化学成分及其他组织成分的存在形式、存在机理和化学成分对钢材性能的影响。重点阐述了钢材中的各种化学成分及组织在焊接过程的不同阶段对焊缝质量产生的影响,针对存在的质量问题提出了相应的解决措施。强调了除材料的化学成分对焊缝的质量会产生影响外,影响焊接质量的因素还有很多,具体实施时应综合考虑,科学生产。
Taking 0Cr18Ni9Cu3 austenitic stainless steel as example, it analyzed its main chemical composition, the existence form and existence mechanism of other organization components and the influence on steel performance of these chemical compositions. It emphasized the influence on weld quality of chemical compositions and structure in different stages of welding process, and put forward the corresponding solutions aiming at quality problems. Finally, it also explained there are many factors affecting welding quality which should be considered during the specific implementation, and then to conduct scientific production.
