Application Research of High Density Drilling Fluid Technology with High Temperature Resistance and Anti-Caving in Bonan Block

针对渤南区块"高温"、"高压"及"含膏"特点,研发了聚胺抗高温防塌钻井液体系,该体系抑制性及封堵性好,抗温、抗盐及抗钙能力强,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,取得了良好的现场应用效果,解决了渤南区块复杂地质情况下井壁失稳的难题,为区块施工提供了技术支撑.

According to the characteristics of high pressure,high temperature and gypsolyte in Bonan block,poly amine drilling fluid with anti-temperature and anti-caving was researched and developed. The drilling fluid had good inhibition ability,formation sealing capability,anti-temperature capability,anti-salt capability and compatibility of calcium. The good application effect was gained with the help of wellsite dirlling fluid maintenance and handling technics,and the difficulty of borehole instability was solved in the case of complex geology,which provided technology support for drilling well in adjacent to block.
