Effect of China Accessing to WTO on Higher Fisheries Education and Counter-Measures

本文在综述中国加入 WTO对高等教育、水产业的影响后 ,在培养更多人才、调整培养结构、提高创新能力、加强渔业经贸人才的培养、重视渔业信息教育。

s:The effect of China accessing to WTO on higher education and fishery industry was studies in this paper in which some issues concerning talents cultivation ,adjustment of educational structure,how to raise innovative ability,emphasis on training more personnel in fishery economy and trade,a studying on fishery information education and strengthening the academic collaboration fetween foth sides of the straits were analyxed and the related countermeasures were suggested.
