骑缝钉治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of staple fixation in treating the fifth metatarsal base avulsion fracture

目的探讨骑缝钉治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2012年9月11例第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折患者,采用骑缝钉治疗。结果随访8~14月,平均12月。X线显示11例均达骨性愈合,美国AOFAS中前足功能评分为84~100分,平均92.3分。结论利用骑缝钉固定治疗第五跖骨基底部撕脱骨折,手术操作简单,固定可靠,短期随访显示术后功能恢复良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of avulsion fracture of the fifth metatarsal base with staples. Methods From January 2008 to September 2012, 11 patients with avulsion fracture of the fifth metatarsal base were treated with staples. Results Patients were followed up for 8 to 14 months （average 12 months）. The X-ray films showed that all patients achieved bony union. The AOFAS score showed the forefoot and midfoot scale was 92.3 （ range from 84 to 100）. Conclusion Treating avulsion fracture of the fifth metatarsal base by using staples is reliable and easy-to-operative. The postoperative functional recovery is noticeable.
