中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效Meta分析

Meta analysis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine

目的系统分析中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法对系统检索并入选的8篇有关中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床随机对照试验文章进行Meta分析,纳入文献截止时间为2013年10月。结果本研究共纳入8个随机对照试验研究,Meta分析发现中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效率（RR=1.33,95%CI：1.22~1.45,P〈0.05）与常规的基础药物治疗的疗效之间差异有统计意义,RR的95%CI〉1。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效优于常规基础药物治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and western medicines. Methods Eight of literatures that involve clinical randomized controlled trials of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and western medicines were identified by a search of databases till October 2013. Then,these literatures were dealt with by Meta analysis. Results Eight randomized controlled trials were identified in this study. The result of Meta analysis showed that,compared with regular medicine therapy,the difference of effective rate of diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and western medicines was statistically significant( RR = 1.33,95% CI: 1.22-1.45,P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicines on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is much better than regular medicine therapy. Thus,the method should be promoted and extended.
