辽宁科技大学学生健康生活方式现状调查

Investigation and analysis of students' healthy lifestyle in University of Science and Technology Liaoning

为了了解大学生健康生活方式的现状,以辽宁科技大学2011和2012级学生为研究对象,对学生的身体自然状况、体育锻炼、膳食营养、保健知识、日常生活习惯等方面进行了问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析。结果显示,学生对健康生活方式的了解还不够系统和全面,建议在相关课程设计上有针对性地增设健康生活方式方面的内容。

In order to tmderstand the current sitnation of students＇ healthy lifestyle in USTL, grade 2011 and 2012 students are taken as the research objects, the questionnaires are carried out from the aspects of body condition, physical exercise, nutrition, health knowledge and habit, and the statistical analysis is carried out. The results show that the students are lack of the knowledge of healthy lifestyle, and the relative courses should have the contents of healthy lifestyle.
