摘要 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析方法,依据多元智能理论,构建不同教学模块,培养市场所需要的社会体育专业人才。在培养人才时,以普修课程为平台,重点培养学生个体的不同多元智能;以市场需求为导,开设"1+1+1"(多元智能教学+主修模块+辅修的模块)的模块教学实现对社会体育专业学生从事特定岗位所具备职业技能的培养。通过分层培养,实施对学生通识能力、综合能力、专业核心能力、职业能力的提升,实现"本科学历教育+职业技能教育相结合"的人才培养模式。 Used methods of documentation and logical analysis, based on the theory of multiple intelligences, this paper builds different teaching module of the social sports market need based on multiple intelligences. The market demands and occupation career planning of the differences of students to constructe. In the curriculum, based on different culture, to constructe multiple intelligences of students; On the market demand to set up "1+1+1"(the multiple intelligences teaching + major + minor module module) of Module Education to cultivate the social sports specialty students of occupation skill the. Throughing the hierarchical culture, to the implementation of general ability, comprehensive ability, professional core ability, occupation ability of the students, finally realize the training model of applied type people with ability on "the Combination of Regular College Formal Schooling with Vocational Education".
