摘要
采用文献资料法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法及综合分析法,提出上、下肢力量练习、躯干肌肉群力量练习、耐力力量训练、反应速度练习等业余羽毛球爱好者体能训练的方法。
This article uses the methods of literature material, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and comprehensive analysis, to analyze the methods of professional players ' physical training, and find the reasons. Then, it puts forward the methods of physical training which include upper limb strength training, lower limbs strength training, body muscles strength training, endurance training, and reaction speed training.
