摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定凉血消风汤中绿原酸含量.方法：采用外标法.Hypersil ODS2（250mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-0.4％磷酸溶液（13∶ 87）为流动相,检测波长为327 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min.结果：线性范围为4.0～40.0 μg/ml（r =0.999 1）,平均加样回收率为101.0％,RSD为1.9％（n=6）.结论：本方法专属性强,精密度和稳定性良好,结果准确,可用于凉血消风汤的质量控制方法.
Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Liangxue Xiaofeng Tang. Methods ： An external method with Hypersil ODS2 （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column as fixed phase and acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid（ 13： 87） as mobile phase was adopted. The detection wave length was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results：The linearity range was 4.0 - 40 μg/ml（ r = 0. 999 1 ）, The average recovery was 101.0% , RSD was 1.9% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, rapid and reliable. So it can be used as quantitativc determination for quality control of Liangxue Xiaofeng Tang.
