摘要
目的:运用近红外漫反射光谱分析技术建立心可宁胶囊的一致性检验模型。方法:将收集的13个厂家共40批心可宁胶囊扫描近红外光谱图后,在OPUS软件中应用一致性检验模型设置模块,建立心可宁胶囊一致性检验模型。结果:一致性检验模型对测试集中的样品做出准确的判别分类。结论:该文建立的检验模型简单、快速、有效,适用于药品检测车对心可宁胶囊一致性的快速筛查。
Objective: To apply near infrared absorption sPectrometry to establish conformity test model of Xinkening Capsules. Method : Near infrared spectral scan was used to set up the conformity test by the OPUS software with 40 batches of Xinkening Capsules collected from 13 factories. Results: Conformity test model unmistakably distinguished the classification of samples of test collection. Conclusion: The established model is simple, rapid, effective and suitable for the drugs examination vehicle to check the conformity of Xinkening Capsules.
