运用近红外光谱法对心可宁胶囊一致性检验的研究

Research of conformity test on Xinkening Capsules by near infrared absorption spectrometry

目的:运用近红外漫反射光谱分析技术建立心可宁胶囊的一致性检验模型。方法:将收集的13个厂家共40批心可宁胶囊扫描近红外光谱图后,在OPUS软件中应用一致性检验模型设置模块,建立心可宁胶囊一致性检验模型。结果:一致性检验模型对测试集中的样品做出准确的判别分类。结论:该文建立的检验模型简单、快速、有效,适用于药品检测车对心可宁胶囊一致性的快速筛查。

Objective： To apply near infrared absorption sPectrometry to establish conformity test model of Xinkening Capsules. Method ： Near infrared spectral scan was used to set up the conformity test by the OPUS software with 40 batches of Xinkening Capsules collected from 13 factories. Results： Conformity test model unmistakably distinguished the classification of samples of test collection. Conclusion： The established model is simple, rapid, effective and suitable for the drugs examination vehicle to check the conformity of Xinkening Capsules.
