克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用治疗轻中度痤疮疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用治疗轻中度痤疮疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂涂擦皮损处,早晚各1次,重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用皮损处,每日中午1次;对照组40例采用克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂外涂皮损处,早晚各1次。8周后进行疗效判断。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.5%和82.5%,痊愈率分别为45%和30%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗轻中度痤疮疗效优于单用克林霉素磷酸酯外用溶液剂。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of clindamycin phosphate topical solution combination with rhEGF Gel on the mild to moderate acne. Methods: The patients were randomized to experimental group and control group. The experimental group(40 cases)was treated with clindamycin phosphate topical solution, early in each time, rhEGF Gel topical lesions, once every night. The control group(40 cases)was only treated with clindamycin phosphate topical solution, sooner or later each time. 8 weeks after curative effect judgment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rates in the experimental group and control group were 92.5% and 82.5% respectively,healing rates were 45% and 30% respectively. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Clindamycin phosphate topical solution combination with rhEGF Gel is more effective compared with clindamycin phosphate topical solution alone in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.
