精神分裂症与C270T基因多态性研究进展

摘要 精神分裂症是在遗传和神经发育缺陷基础上产生,疾病发展的最初几年往往是部分脑区萎缩最快的时期。近年来,伴随着神经影像学、神经生物化学、分子生物学和神经电生理学等研究方法的快速发展与应用,人们的注意焦点已从受体转移到基因翻译因子和基因表达的变化上,基因研究和神经环路分析的两大技术整合,为揭示精神分裂症生物学病因指明方向。其中,神经营养因子系统,特别是脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF,brain-derived neurotrophic factor)的启动子C270T基因多态性与精神分裂症的关联性研究,得到国内外学者越来越多的关注。目前已经发现BDNF和多种疾病的发病和治疗存在相关性,如精神分裂症、阿尔茨海默病、抑郁症、帕金森病、脑缺血性疾病、多发性硬化、视网膜神经病变和糖尿病性末梢神经病变等。本文介绍脑源性神经营养因子C270T的基因多态性和精神分裂症的最新研究进展。
