皮敏消胶囊联合丹皮酚软膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

Curative effect observation on Piminxiao capsule with paeonol ointment to treat pruritus cutanea

目的观察皮敏消胶囊联合丹皮酚软膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的疗效及安全性。方法治疗组68例口服皮敏消胶囊4粒,3次/d,赛庚啶片4 mg/晚;对照组66例仅口服赛庚啶片,用法用量同治疗组。局部用药:治疗组外用丹皮酚软膏,3次/d;对照组外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,3次/d。两组病例均连续治疗观察4周判定疗效,记录症状改善情况。结果治疗组有效例数50例,有效率73.53%;对照组34例,有效率51.52%。两组比较,χ2=6.94,P<0.01。治疗组随访61例,复发或加重13例(21.31%);对照组随访57例,复发或加重26例(45.61%)。两组比较,χ2=7.87,P<0.01。结论皮敏消胶囊联合丹皮酚软膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症疗效肯定,安全性好。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Piminxiao capsules com bined with paeonol ointment in the treatment of pruritus cutanea.Methods 68 cases in the treatment group orally took Piminxiao capsules with 4 capsules/time and 3 times/d,and cyprohep-tadine tablets 4mg/night.66 cases in the control group orally took only cyproheptadine tablets with the same usage and dosage as the treat-ment group .Local drug application：the treatment group were given paeonol ointment for external use for 3 times/d ,and the control group were given Flufenam ic acid butyl ester ointment for external use for 3 times/d.Both groups of patients were treated and observed continuous-ly for 4 weeks to determine curative effect,and the improvement of symptoms was recorded .Results The effective cases in the treatment group was 50 cases and the effective rate was 73 .53% ;the effective cases in the control was 34 cases and the effective rate was 51 .52% . Comparison between the two groups showed χ2=6.94,P〈0.01.Follow-up visits in the treatment group were 61 cases with 13 cases of re-currence or aggravation （21 .31% ）;follow-up visits in the control group were 57 examples with 26 cases of recurrence or aggravation （45 .61% ）.Comparison between the two groups showedχ2=7 .87 ,P〈0 .01 .Conclusion It has definite curative effect and superb safety for Piminxiao capsule with paeonol ointment to treat pruritus cutanea.
