32例一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病综合康复治疗疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation for 32 cases with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning

目的分析并评价一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病的综合康复治疗效果。方法随机将我院近5年收治的64例一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病病人分成观察组与对照组各32例,两组均给予系统高压氧治疗以及药物治疗,观察组再给予综合康复治疗。结果在干预9个月以及12个月以后,观察组的ADL分值明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两组病人通过治疗后,不同时间段的ADL分值均高于干预前;观察组在干预3个月后,对照组在干预9个月后,其ADL分值均高于各组干预前,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施综合康复模式对一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病病人的肢体肌张力以及日常生活活动能力具有理想的效果。

Objective To analyze and assess the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning .Methods 64 cases with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning who were admitted to our sanatorium in recent five years were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group .Both groups were given system atic hyperbaric oxygen therapy and drug treatment,and the observation group received additional comprehensive rehabilita-tion treatment.Results After the intervention for 9 months and 12 months,the ADL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were of statistical significance（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the ADL score at different time periods was higher than that before intervention .The ADL scores of the observation group after 3 months of interven-tion ,and the control group after 9 months of intervention were higher than those of the groups before the intervention ,and the differences were of statistical significance （P〈0 .01 ）.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation mode is ideal to improve limbmuscular tension and activities of daily living ability of the sufferers with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning .
