386例老年健康体检者的健康素养调查

Health literacy survey on 386 elderly physical examination takers

目的了解老年人健康素养状况。方法方便性抽样选取2011-01-01—2013-12-01来某健康体检中心体检的386例老年人为研究对象,以中国疾病控制中心制定的2008年中国居民健康素养调查问卷为基础自行修订的中国居民健康素养问卷为调查工具,由二级心理咨询师对研究对象在常规体检完成后行健康素养问卷调查。结果 386例老年健康体检者健康素养平均得分为(65.52±15.52)分,具备健康素养的老年人为104人,占调查总人数的27%,不具备或不完全具备健康素养的老年人为282人,占总人数的73%;健康素养各维度得分由高到低依次为健康信念(1.67±0.21)分、健康行为(1.52±0.16)分、健康知识(0.95±0.14)分和健康技能(0.86±0.12)分。结论老年健康体检人群健康素养水平整体较低,各医疗单位应加大对老年人这一特殊群体的健康素养干预力度。

Objective To understand the health literacy status of elderly people.Methods 386 elderly people undertaking physical exami-nation at a certain health center fromJanuary 1 ,2011 to December 1 ,2013 were selected study subjects by convenience sampling method . The spontaneously modified Chinese Resident Health Literacy Questionnaire based on Chinese Resident Health Literacy Questionnaire de-signed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2008 was taken as the survey tool,which was conducted by level-two psycho-logical consultants on the study subjects after routine physical examination .Results The average score of health literacy among the 386 el-derly health examination takers was（65 .52 ± 15 .52 ）、among which 104 possessed health literacy accounting for 27% of the total;282 didn＆#39;t possess or did＆#39;t fully meet health literacy accounting for 73% of the total;the dimension score of health literacy fromhigh to low was health belief（1.67±0.21）、health behavior（1.52±0.16）、health knowledge（0.95±0.14）、and health skills（0.86±0.12）.Conclusion The health literacy level of elderly physical examination takers is relatively low,so the medical units should pay more attention to this special group and enhance the health literacy intervention .
