摘要
建立了HPLC法同时测定小花鬼针草中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法.采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为360 nm.结果表明,芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷在0.50~ 12.50 μg/mL(r =0.999 9)、0.49~ 12.35 μg/mL(r =0.999 8)、0.42~10.55 μg/mL(r =0.999 5)范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.37% (RSD =0.56%)、99.35% (RSD =0.57%)、99.68% (RSD =0.56%).该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于同时测定鬼针草中3种黄酮成分的含量.
We establish a HPLC based method for determining the contents of rutin,hyperoside and quercetin from Bidens parviflora Willd.The linear ranges of rutin,hyperoside and quercetin are 0.50 ~ 12.50 μg/mL(r=0.9999),0.49 ~ 12.35 μg/mL(r =0.999 8),0.42 ~ 10.55 μg/mL (r =0.999 5),and the average recovery rates (n =3) are 99.37% (RSD =0.56%),99.35% (RSD =0.57%),99.68%(RSD =0.56) under the conditions of Diamonsil-C18 column,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid,flow rate of 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm.The method is simple,accurate and repeatable and can be employed to determine three flavonoid contents from Bidens parviflora Willd.
