唐山大清河盐场中度嗜盐菌的分离及功能酶的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 为了调查唐山大清河盐场的中度嗜盐菌资源,采集晒盐场的盐泥进行嗜盐菌的分离纯化,并进行形态学观察、生理生化特征鉴定和功能酶筛选。结果分离得到14株中度嗜盐菌。这些嗜盐菌的菌落呈黄色或者乳白色,较小,不透明,边缘整齐;细菌多呈杆状,革兰氏染色均呈阴性。生理生化特征鉴定显示,14株菌株中的3株甲基红试验阳性,3株伏-普试验阳性,3株可分解含硫的氨基酸,5株可利用柠檬酸作为碳源。多株菌可释放功能酶,其中6株产淀粉酶,7株产纤维素酶,7株产脂肪酶和6株产蛋白酶。该研究虽然仅获取了少量的中度嗜盐菌,但为开发利用唐山大清河盐场的嗜盐菌资源提供了参考。 The research aims to investigate the resources of moderate halophilic bacteria from Daqinghe saltwork of Tangshan. Mud samples are obtained from it, and 14 halophilic strains are isolated. They are small opaque colonies which are yellow or milky white. The cells of the isolates are mostly rod or cocci shaped and all the strains are gram negative. Physiological biochemical characteristics are analyzed. The important enzymes from these strains are screened subsequently. The results show that 6 strains produced amylase, 7 strains produced cellulose, 7 strains produced lipase and 6 strains produced protease. This research is to obtain a small amount of moderate halophilic bacteria, it provides references for reasonable development and utilization of halophilic microbial resources.
