地方师范院校数学本科专业学生就业现状分析及对策——以唐山师范学院为例

The Employment Situation and Countermeasures of Mathematics Graduates of Local Normal Universities by Taking Tangshan Teachers College as an Example

通过对近三年唐山师范学院数学本科专业毕业生就业去向和就业区域数据的统计,从培养数量、培养质量、办学观念三个方面分析了地方师范院校数学本科专业毕业生就业困难的原因,并提出了相应的就业对策。

According to the employment whereabouts and employment areas information of mathematics graduates of Tangshan Teachers’ College’s in the last three years, the reasons for employment difficulty of mathematics graduates are analyzed from the perspectives of training number, cultivation quality and school-running concept. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
