实验室管理是一门系统科学,它支撑着学校的教学和科研两个中心的建设,通过对目前高校实验室管理体制和实验室仪器、人员、资金管理等方面存在问题的剖析,提出了加强高校实验室建设和管理的对策与建议。

Laboratory management is a systematic science which supports the main tasks of teaching and research in colleges. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks in laboratory management system and particular problems in equipment, personnel and financial affairs in laboratory management, some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of college laboratories are put forward.
