摘要
文章介绍了现有中间位置气缸的工作原理和改进过程,改进后的中间位置气缸能够明确告知驾驶员变速器所处的挡位状态。当中间位置气缸处于低挡位置时,提示驾驶员允许使用取力器;当中间位置气缸处于高挡位时,警示驾驶员禁止使用取力器,有效避免了因取力器启动时机错误而引起的变速器故障或其它事故。该设计结构简单、效果显著,应用前景广泛。
This paper introduces the operation of existing mid-position cylinder and its modification. It can give warning signals to driver to aware of transmission's gear position. When the mid-position cylinder is in low gear position, a driver is warned to use PTO. When the mid-position cylinder is in high gear position, a driver is forbidden to use PTO. This improvement can avoid transmission malfunction and other accidents because of operating PTO at wrong time. The new structure is simple, effective and applied broadly.
