住院高血压患者睡眠质量相关影响因素调查及护理对策

Influence Factors and Nursing Measures of Sleep Quality on Hospitalized Patients with Hypertension

目的 调查住院高血压患者睡眠质量相关影响因素及护理对策.方法 选择2012年4月-2012年12月在昆明医学院第二附属医院心血管内科住院的高血压患者118例,采用睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）对其进行问卷调查,使用EpiData 3.0软件包建立数据库.结果 住院高血压患者睡眠不足（t=6.242,P=0.027）、入睡困难（t=7.430,P=0.018）、睡眠不稳（t=11.008,P=0.000）、早醒（t=9.847,P=0.000）、多梦夜惊（=9.513,P=0.000）这5个因子SRSS评分以及总分（t=5.752,P=0.041）高于常模（P＜0.05）;菲条件Logistic回归分析显示,女性（OR=1.058,P=0.028）、年龄≥70岁（OR=1.084,P=0.030）、农民（OR=1.630,P=0.000）、单身（OR=1.537,P=0.000）、合并其他疾病（OR=2.476,P=0.027）是住院高血压患者睡眠质量的影响因素.结论 住院患者的睡眠质量明显比健康人群差,应根据患者睡眠相关影响因素采取护理措施以提高高血压患者睡眠质量,促进身体康复.

Objective To survey the influence factors and nursing measures of sleep quality on hospitalized patients with hypertension. Methods 118 patietns with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April to Deeember 2012 were surveyed by sleep self-assessment form （SRSS）. Results The SRSS score of lack of sleeping （ t = 6. 242, P = 0. 027 ）, difficultly falling sleeping （t = 7. 430, P = 0. 018 ）, sleep disturbances （ t = 11. 008, P = 0. 000）, early awakening （ t = 9. 847, P = 0. 000）, much dream night terrors （ t = 9. 513, P = 0. 000） and total scores （ t = 5.752, P = 0. 041 ） in hypertension patients were higher than those of norm （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Non conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that women （ OR = 1. 058, P = 0. 028 ）, age≥70 years （ OR = 1. 084, P = 0. 030）, farmer （ OR = 1. 630, P = 0. 000）, single （ OR = 1. 537, P = 0. 000 ）, combined with other diseases （ OR = 2. 476, P = 0. 027） were factors which affected the quality of sleep in hospitalized patients with hypertension. Conclusion Sleep quality in hospitalized patients is significantly worse than healthy people. We should take sleep - related measures to improve the quality of sleep in patients with hypertension, promote physical recovery.
