麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病的疗效观察

Comparison of Antihypertensive and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Effect between Losartan and Amlodipine

目的 观察麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 选择2009年11月-2012年6月我院门诊收治的老年冠心病患者57例,均给予麝香保心丸治疗,疗程为4周.结果 使用麝香保心丸治疗4周后,患者心电图总有效率为63.2％ （36/57）,症状总有效率为91.2％ （52/57）;治疗后患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平低于治疗前（P＜0.05）;均未出现明显不良反应.结论 麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病安全有效,且可以改善患者血脂水平.

Objective To compare the antihypertensive and left ventricular hypertrophy effect between Losartan and Amlodipine.Methods 120 patients with hypertension admitted to our community from May 2010 to April 2013 were divided into groups A and B by random number table,each of 60 cases.A group was given Losartan,B group was given Amlodipine,both treated for 12 weeks.The blood pressure and echocardiographic parameters,including left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),diastolic interventricular septum thickness(LVSd),left ventricular wall thickness(LVPWd),left ventricular mass index(LVMI) between two groups were compared.Results The SBP and DBP between two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).The LVDd,LVSd,LVPWd,LVMI in A group were lower than those in B group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction between two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Losartan and Amlodipine in treating essential hypertension can be satisfied with antihypertensive effect,Losartan can effectively reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
