摘要
目的 探讨无痛支气管镜取婴幼儿支气管异物的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2013年4-7月我院收治的有支气管异物的患儿4例的临床资料,均采用无痛支气管镜进行手术治疗.结果 2例外形不规则异物以异物钳随支气管镜通过声门取出,2例外形圆钝异物以套圈取出,随后均行支气管灌洗,无声门水肿、出血、窒息等并发症,术后均经抗感染治疗1周痊愈.结论 无痛纤维支气管镜能较安全地取出婴幼儿支气管异物,且可以减少或避免因患儿不合作造成的气道远端损伤的风险.
Objective To investigate the application value of painless bronchoscopy on taking bronchial foreign bodies in infants. Methods 4 infant with bronchial foreign bodies admitted to our hospital from April to July 2013 were retrospective analyzed. All patients were treated by painless bronchoscopy. Results 2 cases irregular shaped foreign body removed by foreign body forceps with the bronchoscope through the glottis, 2 cases blunt shaped foreign body removed by ring, no glottis edema, bleeding, choking occurred, 1 week of anti - infection after, all patients were cured. Conclusion Painless bronchoscopy can safely remove the infants＇ bronchial foreign bodies, and can reduce or avoid the risk of distal airway injury caused by non - cooperation.
