摘要
密封式制冷压缩机用耐氟电机在运行过程中由于漆包线发泡,可能导致绝缘层遭到破坏失去绝缘性,电机从而出现短路,最终甚至导致电机的烧毁,因此,耐冷媒发泡性能是漆包线在使用过程中的一个非常重要的技术指标。文中主要介绍了耐冷媒发泡涉及的主要标准、漆包线耐氟里昂发泡的原理、方法和规定及不同实验条件下对漆包线发泡性能的影响等方面,分析了漆包线耐氟里昂发泡的原因。
During the working process of the sealed refrigeration compressor with the fluorine electrical machinery, the enamel - insulated wire may becomes spongy, which causes the insulation function failure and leads to the short circuit of the electrical machinery, even finally causes the overburning of the electrical machinery. This paper mainly introduces the main technical standard of the im:. portant floen forming resistance properties of the enamel - insulated wire, also described the forming principle, testing methods and in- fluences of the different experimental condition to enamel - insulated wire foaming performance.
