针对江西铜业铅锌金属有限公司的生产需要,冶金化工工程有限公司通过自主创新,成功研制出锌电积铝阴极板,此产品的各项性能都能满足锌电积生产的需要,并达到进口产品的性能,填补了国内空白。介绍了铝的焊接性,锌电积铝阴极板的焊接结构及研制过程所采用的焊接工艺技术。

In accordance with the production requirement of JCC Lead and Zinc Metal Co. , Ltd. , the zinc electrowinning alumin- ium cathode plate was developed by metallurgical and chemical engineering Company, its properties can meet the needs of the zinc electrowinning procedure, and can achieve the performance of the imported products to fill a domestic gap in this field. This paper intro- duces the weldability of aluminium, welding structure of zinc electrowinning aluminium cathode plate and welding technology during the development.
