摘要
以罗河铁矿为工程实例,采用力学理论与正交敏感性极差分析相结合的方法,对影响矿柱稳定性因素进行了敏感性极差分析,得出了矿柱矿房宽度对矿柱稳定性影响最大,上覆岩层高度、抗压强度及矿柱高度次之,随后运用数学回归分析法,对影响矿柱稳定性的不同因素进行了线性回归,并对回归系数进行了MATLAB残差验证分析,得出了不同因素综合作用下的矿柱稳定性数学预测模型,定量分析了不同条件下的矿柱稳定性,最后分析得出了罗河铁矿嗣后充填回采的矿柱安全宽度为17m左右。
Taking Luohe iron mine as an example, the affecting factors of pillar stability were analyzed with the methods of me- chanical theory and orthogonal sensitivity analysis. It obtained that the width of pillar and stope was the main factor for pillar stability, then overburden rock height, compressive strength and pillar height follows. The linear regression of the factors was conducted, as well MATLAB residuals verification analysis for the regression coefficients. As a result, we got the mathematical prediction model of pillar stability under the comprehensive effect from different affecting factors. Quantitative analysis of pillar stability was carried out in differ- ent conditions. It concluded that the pillar safety width was about 17m for subsequent filling in Luohe iron mine.
