摘要
针对湿型红土镍矿的矿床特征,从选矿角度提出了需要回收这部分有用矿物时必须采用破碎设备才能实现的观点。阐述了红土矿选矿的一般工艺流程及特点,重点提出了红土镍矿在选矿设计流程中破碎、洗矿方面需要特别注意的问题。从设计角度出发论述了破碎设备、破碎系统配置优化、洗矿设备选择及其改进措施等内容。
According to the wet type laterite nickel ore deposit features, from the perspective of mineral processing, the paper deems that the crushing equipment must be used if there is any need to recover the valuable mineral. This paper represents the general technological process and characteristics of laterite ore dressing, highlights the laterite nickel ore crushing, washing in the mineral pro- cessing design process need to pay more attention to the problems. From the design aspect, the crushing equipment, crushing system configuration optimization, and washing equipment selection and improvement measures were discussed.
