摘要
以含铁矿石为研究对象,针对矿石中全铁量的测定方法进行研究。通过实验结果表明,用硫脲可有效地掩蔽矿石中铜离子干扰,使用4%的三氯化钛溶液可将铁离子转化成亚铁离子,从而测得全铁含量。和其他方法相比,使用三氯化钛-硫脲快速法测定矿石中的全铁量结果准确可靠、污染小、易操作、简单快速。
this paper put iron ore as the research object, aimed at determine method of iron content in iron ore; through experi- ments, the experiments results showed that thiourea effectively covered copper ion interference in the ore. For determine total iron con- tent, iron ion could be converted to ferrous iron ions by 4% titanium triehloride solution. Compared with other methods, using Titanium Trichloride and Thiourea method, the determination results could be accurate and reliable, low pollution, easy operate, simple and fast.
