摘要
混凝土衬砌板是输水渠道的重要组成部分,现代大型渠道通常采用机械化施工,衬砌板通常是先浇筑一段,再择机切缝,工程实践表明,衬砌切缝时时间的选择对于衬砌板裂缝的预防至关重要,要根据仿真计算对衬砌板的切缝时间进行优化,切缝过程仿真算法必须合理高效.鉴于此,针对衬砌板的切缝过程,提出了虚功原理的直接卸荷法,同时基于无厚度接触单元提出了接触单元法,介绍了两种算法的实现原理和实现要点,通过算例对比,验证了两种算法的正确性和可靠性.
Concrete lining panel is an important part of water canal. Currently, mechanized construction method is usually applied to large-scale canal, during which, concrete lining is poured for a long section, and cutting into small panel in right time. Engineering practice shows that choice of kerf time is essential for lining crack prevention. Reasonable and efficient algorithms are necessary for lining kerf simulation; and then based on which kerf time can be optimized. In view of this, direct unloading algorithms based on principle of virtual work and contact element algorithms based on thickness contact element are proposed for kerf process simulation specifically. Principle and implementation of the two algorithms are introduced; and their accuracies and reliabilities are verified by a numerical example.
