摘要 在超声检测中掌握声场分布是缺陷定位、定量的检测关键.本文基于多元高斯模型设计了一个超声声场仿真系统,该系统由参数输入模块、环境设置模块和计算结果输出模块组成.参数输入模块获取模型的参数,通过环境设置模块设置介质层数、界面等,通过计算输出模块得到超声波在介质中的声场分布.系统模拟的声场分布清晰直观,通过仿真分析证明模拟超声波在界面处的传播行为与实际情况相符,表明该系统可为超声检测提供帮助. In the ultrasonic testing, mastering the acoustic field distribution is the key to location and size of defects. This paper develops an ultrasonic field simulation system based on multi-Gaussian beam model. This system consists of parameter input module, environment setting module and calculating results output module. Firstly, this system gets the unknown quantities in analytic expression by the parameter input module; and then it sets the dielectric layer and interface by the environment setting module. Finally, it gets the ultrasonic field distribution in the medium by the calculating output module. The acoustic field distribution is clear and intuitive simulated by this system. The ultrasonic propagation behavior in the interface is consistent with the actual one; it is shown that the system can give a hand for the ultrasonic testing.
