吉祥草新鲜根茎化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from Fresh Rhizome of Reineckia Carnea

对吉祥草根茎中所含化学成分进行研究.方法采用反相硅胶柱色谱、RP-HPLC等各种色谱技术进行分离和纯化,再通过化合物的理化性质和波谱解析鉴定结构.从吉祥草中分离到2个甾体皂苷及2个苯丙素类化合物,经鉴定其结构分别为（25S）-22,3-dihydroxy-5β-furost-3β,26-diol-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosid（1）、26-O-β-D-glucopyranosylfurostane-3β,26-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（2）、1-O-（6-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl）-2-hy-droxy-4-allylbenzene（3）、落叶松树脂醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖苷（4）.化合物1～4均为首次从该属植物中分离得到.

The chemical constituents of Reineckia Carnea are studied. The compounds are isolated by raversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures are identified by vari- ous spectroscopic methods and chemical evidences. Four Compounds（25S）-22,3-dihydroxy-5βfurost-3β, 26- diol-26-O-β-D-gluco pyranoside （1）, 26-O-β-D-glucopyranosylfurostane-3β, 26-diol-3-O-β-D- glucopyranoside （ 2 ）, 1-O- （ 6-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl ）-2-hydroxy-4-allylbenzene （ 3 ）, Lariciresinol-9-O-β-D- glucopyranoside（4）. Compounds 1-4 are isolated from Reineckia Carnea for the first time.
