基于DEA方法的厦漳泉同城化绩效评估

Performance Evaluation of the Integration of Xia Zhang Quan Cities Based on DEA Method

厦漳泉同城化是否能带来经济、公共服务共同有效发展是值得深思的。运用DEA方法,分别通过C2R,B2C以及Malmquist模型对厦漳泉三市的经济绩效与公共要素绩效进行了评估与探讨。研究表明,厦漳泉同城化能带动经济与公共要素配置绩效极大的提升。在此基础上,提出将厦门作为龙头带动同城化发展,建立三市合理的跨区机制等建议。

Whether the integration of Xiamen Zhangzhou and Quanzhou cities will bring effective and coordinated development of economy and public services is a problem worth deep thinking. Based on DEA method and through C2R, B2C and Malmquist model respectively, we evaluated and discussed the economic and public elements performance of the three cities. Our research shows that the integration of Xia Zhang Quan cities can greatly promote performance of the economy and public element allocation. On this basis, this paper proposes Xiamen as the leading city to push forward the process of city integration and raises advice on a reasonable cross -area cooperation system.
