This paper describes and analyzes the reason, process and result for modif ication of standard GB 13960.11-2000《Safety of transportable motor-operated electric tools Part2 Particular requirements for cutting-off grinders》clause18.1.104 movable guard. Some ideas about the establishment , modif ication , optimization and promotion of nationl standards are put forward.
