摘要 由于直流电机能实现方便的平滑调速且具有启动性能好的特性,在工业自动化领域中有着广泛的应用。目前,直流电机通常采用H桥电路进行控制,在控制大电流电机的情况下,控制电路的体积大,电路元件多,导致可靠性下降,电路成本也较高。本文提出了一种半桥控制电路,在不降低控制性能的前提下,减少了大功率的电路元件的使用,不但降低了成本,提高了电路的可靠性,而且还具有很好的扩展性。 Due to its convenient stepless speed control and good start-up performance, DC motor has been widely applied in industrial automation field. AI present, H-bridge circuit is often used to control DC motor. For large current motor, the volume of the control circuit is big, and the number of the circuit element is large, which may result in low reliability and high cost. In this paper, a half-bridge control circuit is put forward. The number of the large power circuit elements has decreased without reducing its control performance. With good extensibility, it can both reduce the cost and improve the reliability.
