辅警作为警务活动的主要辅助力量,加强对这支力量建设的本质特征之一是提升其职业素养,而落实教育培训工作是职业化的主要抓手。为了更好地促进辅警教育培训的发展,应当依托公安机关制定教育培训计划,充分利用业已成熟的公安教育训练资源,注重具有职业教育特点的师资队伍构建,完善以能力本位为目标的辅警培训长效机制。

As main assistant power,one of the essential features of strengthening auxiliary police is to promote their professional quality. And the first thing of it is to carry out educational training to them. In order to improve the development of educational training to auxiliary police,we should set up plans on educational training with the help of public security organs,use good educational training resources in police,emphasize the construction of teaching team with the feature of professional education and improve long-term effectiveness mechanism on auxiliary police training with the ability as the root.
