高等职业院校课程建设与改革是实现高技能、应用型人才培养目标的核心和重要保障,而校本课程的开发与建设是课程建设与改革的重要组成部分.针对目前高职校本课程开发过程中存在的问题,在分析校本课程开发基本内涵的基础上,对高职校本课程开发进行深入研究与探讨,提出依据职业教育培养目标和学生个性化发展的需要,适应职业岗位需求、体现本校特色的校本课程开发的原则、对策和基本流程.

The construction and reform of higher vocational academy curriculum is the heart and the important guarantee of achieving the goal of high professional qualification and applied personnel training, and the development and construction of school-based curriculum is the important part of curriculum construction and reform. Aiming at the current practical problems in the development of higher vocational education school-based curriculum, basing on the analysis of development basic connotation of school-based curriculum, we have deeply studied and practiced the development of school-based curriculum, according to vocational education training objectives and development of individualized needs, filling the professional jobs and providing school with its own characteristics, we put forward the principals, countermeasure and basic process of school-based curriculum development.
