Modal analysis of the rotor of double action vane pump based on ANSYS

以PVR系列叶片泵转子为研究对象,利用Pro/E三维软件和ANSYS有限元软件建立了转子的实体模型和有限元模型,经分析获得了转子的固有频率和各阶振型,为故障的诊断及后续的动力学分析提供了基础.

Aimed to analyze the rotator of PVR series vane pump, Entity model and finite element model were studied for rotator by application of Pro/E and ANSYS fea software. Through analysis, the mode shapes and natural frequency of the rotator were obtained. It is an important method for malfunction diagnosis and it also provides the foundation for the follow-up dynamic analysis .
