摘要
新安井田可采煤层为山西组二1煤,煤层坚固性系数为0.234。煤层顶板以松软的泥岩为主,煤层底板以砂质泥岩为主,是典型的三软煤层。基于三软煤层的地质条件,新安矿在工作面上下均采用16 m2大断面支护,煤巷交岔点跨度加大,支护难度也相应加大。为改善煤巷大断面交岔点支护状况,经过现场多次工程实践,总结出复合支护技术,并取得了显著效果。
The mining coal seam in Xinan coal field is Ⅱ1coal seam of Shanxi group,and the coefficient is 0. 234. The roof of coal seam is mainly soft mudstone and the floor is mainly sandy mudstone. The Xinan coal field is typical " three soft " coal seam. Based on the geological conditions of " three soft",it conducted the large section supporting with 16 square meters in the working face in Xinan coal. Because of the large section,the crossing span increased,and the difficulty of supporting increased too. In order to improve the supporting effect of large section roadway,the combined supporting technology was summed up based on many times of field engineering practices,and it has achieved remarkable results.
