摘要
目的探讨姜黄素对胃肠道蠕动是否有直接影响。方法取小鼠离体空肠平滑肌,放入37℃Krebs液浴槽中,通入95%氧气和5%二氧化碳混合气体,进行如下实验:第一组小鼠空肠平滑肌,加入不同浓度的姜黄素,测量记录空肠平滑肌的自主收缩变化;第二组给予乙酰胆碱收缩平滑肌,然后加入姜黄素,观察姜黄素对平滑肌收缩的影响;第三组给予阿托品舒张平滑肌,然后加入姜黄素,观察姜黄素对平滑肌舒张的影响;第四组给予肾上腺素舒张平滑肌,然后加入姜黄素,观察姜黄素对平滑肌舒张的影响。统计学处理经SPSS19.0软件,所获数据用方差分析t检验。结果小鼠空肠平滑肌加入姜黄素后,平滑肌自主收缩明显下降(P<0.01),降低的幅度与姜黄素剂量呈现相关性;应用乙酰胆碱导致空肠收缩后,再加姜黄素,空肠平滑肌的收缩幅度也有明显的下降(P<0.01);给予阿托品导致小鼠平滑肌舒张后,再给予姜黄素,平滑肌收缩幅度进一步降低;给予肾上腺素引起小鼠平滑肌舒张后,再给予姜黄素孵育,平滑肌收缩幅度进一步降低。结论姜黄素对小鼠离体空肠平滑肌具有直接舒张作用。
Objective To investigate whether curcumin has a direct effect on the motility ot the gastromtesnnal tract. Methods The jejunum smooth muscle of mice were immediately removed and we put it Into the 37℃ Krebs liquid bath gassed with 95% O2 and 5% CO2. The experiment is following: The first group of mice jejunum,we puted different concen- trations of curcumin, measured voluntary contraction change of jejunal smooth muscle, then record it. The second group, we put the Ach, smooth muscle contracted, adding curcumin, to observe the effects of curcumin on smooth muscle contracted. The third groups, we put the atropine, smooth muscle diastoled, adding curcumin, to observe the effects of curcumin on smooth muscle relaxated. The fourth groups, we put the epinephrine, smooth muscle diastoled, adding curcumin, to observe the effects of curcumin on smooth muscle relaxated. Statistical processing by SPSS19.0 software, data obtained by variance analysis test. Results After curcumin were puted into the jejunum smooth muscle, the average contractile amplitude was significantly reduced (P〈0.05). After adding Ach to jejunum smooth muscle, the average contractile amplitude of the jejunum smooth muscle was enlarged,then added curcumin to it, we observed the average contractile amplitude obviously de- creased(P〈0.01). After adding atropine to jejunum smooth muscle, the average contractile amplitude of the jejunum smooth muscle was decreased, then added curcumin to it, we observed the average contractile amplitude more significantly decreased (P〈0.05). After adding epinephrine to jejunum smooth muscle, the average contractile amplitude of the jejunum smooth muscle was decreased, then added curcumin to it, we observed the mean contractile amplitude more significantly decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Curcumin directly diastole the jejunum smooth muscle of mice.
