中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎55例

55 Cases of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选择110例慢性前列腺炎患者平均分为两组。对照组口服罗红霉素分散片治疗,实验组在此基础上,口服前列倍喜胶囊治疗。结果经过1个月的治疗,实验组前列腺液检查提示的白细胞计数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组治疗的总有效率为87.27%,明显高于对照组的45.45%(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,给药方便、疗程短。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 110 cases of chronic prostatitis patients divided into experimental group and control group. Control in patients with oral erythromycin tablets treatment, on the basis of the experimental group patients, oral lead times xi capsule treatment. Results After 1 month of therapy, and experimental prostatic fluid revealed leuko- cyte count was lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Experimental treatment the total effective rate was 87.27%, significantly higher than the 45.45% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis, curative effect, can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, drug delivery convenient, short course, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
