封闭式负压吸引在糖尿病足治疗中的应用

The VSD Technique Used in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探讨封闭式负压吸引技术在糖尿病足治疗中的疗效。方法糖尿病足24例患者（Wanger分级2～4级）在综合治疗的基础上，采用封闭式负压吸钉治疗。结果创面愈合6例；行创面直接缝合术9例；行植皮术7N；2例行皮瓣移植手术，术后创面均愈合；平均愈合时间35天。结论VSD治疗糖尿病足具有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the closed negative pressure suction technique in the treatment of diabetic foot efficacy. Methods 24 patients with diabetic foot （Wanger class 2 ~ 4） on the basis of comprehensive treatment, using the VSD treatment. Results 24 cases of 6 cases of wound healing, 9 direct suture of the wound after operation, 7 regular skin grafting, 2 flap transplantation surgery, postoperative wound healing. The average healing time of 35 days. Conclusion the VSD treatment of diabetic foot has good curative effect.
