摘要
激光位移传感器作为一种非接触式测量工具,它属于一种比较先进的测量方法,但由于使用条件变化多、使用环境苛刻等诸多因素而降低了激光位移传感器的检测精度。本文通过对传统激光位移传感器在检测过程中存在的问题及解决办法分析,提出了一种对称式激光位移传感器。该传感器结构合理、使用方便、可减少甚至消除由于成像光斑不均匀或不对称产生的测量误差,从而有效地提高测量精度。
As a non-contact laser displacement sensor measurement tool,it belonged to one of the more advanced measurement approach,but because of changes in conditions,the use of environmental factors such as harsh laser displacement sensor measurement accuracy lowers.By conventional laser displacement sensors in detecting problems and solutions in the process of analysis,symmetrical laser displacement sensor is proposed.The reasonable structure,easy to use,you can reduce or even eliminate due to the uneven image spot or asymmetric measurement error,thus effectively improving the measurement precision.
