摘要
微观教育公平是义务教育均衡发展的内核和精髓,义务教育内涵式均衡发展有赖于微观教育公平的实现。在调查研究的基础上,对微观教育不公平的表现及其成因进行分析,提出实现微观教育公平的对策和建议。
The micro-education fair is the kernel and essence of balanced development of compulsory education, and its connotative development depends on the realization of the micro-education fair. This paper analyzes the problems and the causes of the microeducation unfair, and put forward some and suggestions to realize the micro-education fair
