大学生择业效能感与认知灵活性的关系研究

摘要 为考察大学生择业效能感与其认知灵活性的关系,采用问卷调查的方法,对785名一至四年级的大学生进行调研。研究表明,大学期间参与任何一种社会实践的学生,其择业效能感高于无相关经验的学生;对于女生择业效能感的研究显示,文科专业的女大学生其总体得分要高于理科专业的女大学生;关于择业效能感与认知灵活性是否对个体应对方式产生影响的研究表明,二者与问题解决、求助呈显著正相关,与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈显著负相关,并且应对方式在择业效能感与认知灵活性之间起部分中介作用。 According to the research of the relationship of college students' career decision-making self-efficacy(CDMSE) and cognitive flexibility,this article conducted a questionnaire survey to 785 students in university of the fourth grade students. The results of the research show that students with practical experience are more higher in CDMSE, and also the liberal arts students. The study also found undergraduates'CDMSE and cognitive flexibility, problem solving, help seeking positively correlated. CDMSE, self blame, fantasy, withdrawal, rationalization are significantly negatively correlated. And coping style plays a partial mediating role between cognitive flexi-bility and CDMSE. Finally, according to the results of this study put forward the corresponding educational suggestions.
