摘要 慢性牙周炎病因复杂,对于其发病机制目前尚不是很明确。对于新近发现的与白细胞介素-23(IL-23)相关能分泌白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的CD4+T细胞亚群即Th17细胞,或许能为我们提供新的思路。下面就慢性牙周炎的发病机制、研究现状、IL-23/IL-17与慢性牙周炎致病因子的关系及此免疫通路活化在慢性牙周炎致病过程中所起的作用作一综述。 The etiology of chronic periodontitis is complex and its pathogenesis remains unclear .Help T cell 17 ( Th17 ) is a newly discovered subset of T cells associated with interleukin-23(IL-23)and characterized by production of interleukin 17(IL-17).IL-17 has protective effects by facilitating pro-inflammatory responses .These discoveries may lead to an improved understanding of disease pathogenesis .In this article ,we will review the pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis ,the research status and the relationship between IL-23/IL-17 and pathological factors as well as the role of activation of its immune single pathway in process of chronic periodontitis .
